We are more than happy to exchange any items that have been unworn, have original tags attached, and do not show any physical signs of wear. Exchanges are offered in the first 15 days after you receive your item. If there is a price difference you will get a store credit for the remaining balance or have to pay the difference, if the item is more than the original item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
